目的:探讨父母养育倦怠对学龄前儿童问题行为的影响,以及考察亲子依恋和自我控制的链式中介作用。方法:在湖北省选取758名学学龄前儿童父母,采用父母养育倦怠量表中文版、儿童困难与长处问卷、亲子依恋问卷和简版自我控制量表进行调查,结果:父母养育倦怠、亲子依恋、自我控制和学前儿童问题行为呈现两两相关(r=-0.61~0.44,均P<0.01);亲子依恋、自我控制的中介作用及链式中介作用效应值分别是0.102、0.120、0.045,分别占总效应的23.29%、27.25%、10.33%。结论:父母养育倦怠直接或通过亲子依恋和自我控制间接影响学龄前儿童问题行为,可以通过增强亲子依恋和学前儿童自我控制能力来降低问题行为发生率。
Abstract:Objective: To explore the effect of parental burnout on problem behaviors in preschool children and examine the chain mediating role of parent-child attachment and self-control. Methods: A total of 758 parents of preschool children in Hubei Province were surveyed using the Chinese version of the Parental Burnout Assessment, the Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire, the Parent-Child Attachment Questionnaire, and the Brief Self-Control Scale. Results: Parental burnout, parent-child attachment, self-control, and preschool children’s problem behaviors were correlated with each other (r = -0.61 to 0.44, all P < 0.01). The mediating effects of parent-child attachment and self-control, as well as their chain mediating effect, were 0.102, 0.120, and 0.045, accounting for 23.29%, 27.25%, and 10.33% of the total effect, respectively. Conclusion: Parental burnout directly or indirectly affects preschool children’s problem behaviors through parent-child attachment and self-control. Enhancing parent-child attachment and preschool children’s self-control may help reduce the occurrence of problem behaviors.
