目的 为了探讨中小学教师的主观幸福感状况。方法 采用《主观幸福感指数量表》,对 1 1 6名教师和 1 1 3名非教师群体进行调查。结果 1除了在教师来源 (所在地区 )因素上外 ,其它变量水平上教师群体的幸福感不存在显著的差异 ;2教师群体在生活满意度和幸福感指数上得分均显著高于非教师群体 ;3男性教师群体的幸福感显著高于男性非教师群体 ;2 5岁以上的教师群体的幸福感明显高于 2 5岁以上的非教师群体 ;已婚教师群体的幸福感显著高于已婚的非教师群体的幸福感。结论 中小学教师主观幸福感高于其他的非教师群体
Abstract:Objective To study the subjective well being in primary school and middle school teachers.Methods 116 teachers and 113 general people were investigated by Questionnaire of Index of well being.Results ①in addition to teacher group within source factor's level the subjective well being are not significant difference;②teachers' satisfaction of life and index of well being very significantly higher than general people;③male teachers' index of well being very significantly higher than general people;age 25 or above techers' index of well being very significantly higher than age 25 or above general people;married teachers' index of well being very significantly higher than general people.Conclusion The primary school and middle school teachers' subjective well being is higher than general people.
