目的:调查大学生人格、心理资本与生命意义感三者之间的关系。方法:对某大学269名在校大学生进行调查,采用大五人格量表、心理资本量表与生命意义感量表测定调查对象的人格、心理资本得分和生命意义感状况,对三者关系进行分析。结果:1大学生人格各维度不存在性别差异,大学生生命意义追寻上男女生差异显著(t=0.35,P<0.05)。人生意义总分在不同年级存在显著的差异(F=2.771,P<0.05),人生意义体验存在显著的年级差异(F=4.01,P<0.01);2人格中的责任心(β=0.331,P<0.001)、开放性(β=0.156,P<0.01)和外倾性(β=0.131,P<0.01)可显著正向预测大学生的生命意义感;人格中的神经质(β=-0.271,P<0.01)显著负向预测大学生的生命意义感;3心理资本在人格和生命意义感关系中起部分中介作用,中介效应占总效应比值为0.133,中介效应解释了因变量37.78%的方差变异。结论:心理资本在人格和生命意义感之间起部分中介作用。

Objective: To investigate the relationship between the big five factors personality and meaning in life in college students and explore the mediating effect of psychological capital on the development of meaning in life. Methods: A total of 283 college students were investigated with five- factor personality( NEO- PI- R),the Positive Psychological Capital Questionnaire( PPQ) and The Meaning in Life Questionnaire( MLQ). Results: 1There was no difference in the development of big five personality.Seeking for life meaning of college students had a significant gender difference( t = 0. 35,P < 0. 05). Both the meaning in life( F = 2. 771,P < 0. 05) and the presence of meaning in grade( F = 4. 01,P < 0. 01)showed a significant difference. 2 Multiple regression analysis indicated that conscientiousness( β =0. 331,P < 0. 001),openness( β = 0. 156,P < 0. 01) and extraversion( β = 0. 131,P < 0. 01) had significant positive influence on life meaning,while neuroticism( β =-0. 271,P < 0. 01) had negative influence on life meaning. The psychological capital of undergraduates had significant positive influence on the various dimensions of life meaning. 3There was indirect effect in qualities psychological capital through the big five- factor personality and meaning of life sense. The percentage of mediation effect in total effect was 0. 133. The mediation effect explained 37. 78% of the variance in the dependent variable. Conclusion: Psychological capital can partially mediate the relationship between the big five personality and meaning in life of college students.
