高中生阈下抑郁量表的编制及信效度检验

摘要:

目的:编制高中生阈下抑郁量表并检验其信效度。方法:通过文献分析法、深度访谈法、德尔菲专家咨询法编制初始量表,选取255名高中生为被试对初始量表进行项目分析和探索性因素分析,形成正式施测量表;选取1325名高中生对正式施测量表进行验证性因素分析和信效度检验。结果:最终确定20个条目,包含5个维度。验证性因素分析表明模型拟合效果佳(CFI=0.944,TLI=0.934,RMSEA=0.06)。阈下抑郁总量表与5个维度均呈显著正相关(r=0.692~0.886,P<0.01)。阈下抑郁总量表与各维度的内部一致性系数α均大于0.700(P<0.01),分半信度为0.896(P<0.01)。量表与效标工具CES-D的相关系数为0.620(P<0.01)。结论:高中生阈下抑郁量表有较好的心理测量学特征,可用于高中生阈下抑郁群体的筛查。

Abstract:

Objective:To compile the subthreshold depression scale for high school students and test its reliability and validity.Methods:An initial scale was developed using literature analysis, In-depth interviews and the Delphi expert consultation method.A sample of 255 high school students was selected to conduct item analysis and exploratory factor analysis on the initial scale, resulting in a formal measurement scale.A total of 1,325 high school students were selected to perform confirmatory factor analysis and reliability and validity tests on the formal measurement scale.Results:A tatal of 20 entries were finalized with 5 dimensions.Confirmatory factor analysis showed that the model had a good fitting effect(CFI=0.944,TLI=0.934,RMSEA=0.06).The total subthreshold depression scale was significantly positively correlated with all five dimensions(r=0.692~0.886,P<0.01).The internal consistency coefficients of the subthreshold depression total scale and each dimension were α greater than 0.700(P<0.01),and the semi-reliability was 0.896(P<0.01).The correlation coefficient between the scale and the criterion tool CES-D was 0.620(P<0.01).Conclusion:The subthreshold depression scale for high school students has good psychometric characteristics, which can be used for the screening of subthreshold depression in high school students.
