配偶同步赋能教育对妊娠期糖尿病产妇知识掌握度及心理状态的影响

摘要:

目的:探究配偶同步赋能教育对妊娠期糖尿病产妇知识掌握度、不良情绪及自我感知的影响。方法:选取某院2022年1月-2024年1月收治的妊娠糖尿病产妇86例作为研究对象,通过随机信封法将其分成两组,研究组与常规组各43例。常规组进行常规健康宣教,研究组基于常规组进行配偶同步赋能教育,持续干预至分娩。统计对比两组产妇知识掌握度及干预前后不良情绪[焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分]、自我管理行为[糖尿病患者自我管理行为量表(SDSCA)评分]、主观幸福感[总体幸福感量表(GWB)评分]、自我效能[一般自我效能感量表(GSES)评分]。结果:研究组知识掌握率(95.35%)高于常规组(79.07%)(χ2=5.108,P<0.05);干预后,研究组SAS、SDS评分低于常规组,GWB、SDSCA、GSES评分高于常规组(t=-4.636,-4.332,4.906,7.860,6.260;P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论:配偶同步赋能教育可提升妊娠糖尿病产妇知识掌握度,改善其不良情绪,提高自我管理能力。

Abstract:

Objective:To investigate the impact of synchronized empowerment education on knowledge acquisition,negative emotions,and self-perception among pregnant women with gestational diabetes.Methods:A total of 86 cases of pregnant women with gestational diabetes admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to January 2024 were selected as research subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups using a random envelope method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group received routine health education,while the study group underwent synchronized empowerment education based on the control group,continuing until delivery.Statistical comparisons were made between the two groups regarding knowledge acquisition and negative emotions[self-rated anxiety scale(self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)scores,self-rated depression scale(self-rating depression scale,SDS)scores],selfmanagement behaviors[diabetic patient self-management behavior scale(the summary of diabetes self-care activities,SDSCA)scores],subjective well-being[general well-being scale(generalwell-beingscale,GWB)scores],and self-efficacy[general self-efficacy scale(general self-efficacy scale,GSES)scores].Results:The knowledge acquisition rate in the study group(95.35%)was higher than that in the control group(79.07%)(χ2=5.108,P<0.05);After intervention,the SAS and SDS scores of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group,while the GWB,SDSCA,and GSES scores were significantly higher(t=-4.636,-4.332,4.906,7.860,6.260;P<0.05).Conclusion:Partner-assisted education can enhance the knowledge acquisition of pregnant women with gestational diabetes,improve their negative emotions,and boost their self-management skills.
