目的探索家庭功能评定量表(FAD)在中国小学儿童家庭中的因子结构。方法经双向互译把英文版FAD译成中文并适当修改,对1443名儿童的父母施测,采用探索性因子分析和验证性因子分析等方法进行数据分析。结果探索性因子分析产生5因子(情感交流、积极沟通、自我主义、问题解决、家庭规则),5因子可解释总变异的49.09%;验证性因子分析显示,5因子模型拟合良好(χ2/df=2.99,RMSEA=0.05,NNFI=0.95,CFI=0.95);中文版FAD总的内部一致性系数为0.91,5个因子的内部一致性系数分别为0.85、0.81、0.82、0.69和0.60。效标关联效度分析表明,中文版FAD与一般功能量表呈显著正相关(r=0.84)。结论家庭功能评定量表的中文修订版具有良好的信效度。
Abstract：Objective To explore the factorial structure and psychometric characteristics of Family Assessment Device(FAD)in a sample of Chinese parents whose children were in grade three from 14 primary schools.Methods The Chinese versions of FAD were translated and back-translated to ensure comparability with the English versions.A sample of 1443 Chinese parents were employed to finish the Chinese version of FAD.Half of the sample was randomly selected to be used for exploratory factor analysis(EFA)and another half for confirmatory factor analysis(CFA).Results EFA results revealed 5 factors(affection interaction,positive communication,egoism,problem solving and family rules),which accounted for 49.09% of the total variance.CFA results provided support for a 5-factor model(χ2/df=2.99,RMSEA=0.05,NNFI=0.95,CFI=0.95).Internal consistency coefficients(Cronbach's α)for the Chinese version of FAD were 0.91,and internal consistency coefficients(Cronbach's α)of the subscales were 0.85,0.81,0.82,0.65 and 0.60,respectively.Criterion-related validity results revealed positive significant correlations between the Chinese version of FAD and General Functioning Scale(r=0.84).Conclusion The Chinese version of FAD is found to have good reliability and validity.
