目的:探究赋能心理模式对麻醉科护士核心自我评价、职业倦怠和心理健康的影响。方法:于2024年9月到12月,选取来自5家医院的200名麻醉科护士,分为观察组和对照组各100名,进行为期3个月的干预试验。采用χ2(t)检验进行组间情况的单因素分析,采用配对t检验对组内干预前后情况比较。结果:对照组和干预组在年龄、性别、职称、受教育水平和工作年限的差异无统计学意义。干预后观察组和对照组护士核心自我评价(t=-18.321,-9.985;P<0.001)、职业倦怠个人成就感维度(t=34.971,14.655;P<0.001)得分高于干预前,且观察组护士得分高于对照组(P<0.001);干预后两组护士紧张感(t=32.008,17.746;P<0.001)、失控感(t=24.329,19.034;P<0.001)、焦虑(t=16.665,7.531;P<0.001)、抑郁(t=18.449,-4.973;P<0.001)量表得分低于干预前,且观察组护士得分高于对照组(P<0.001),差异有统计学意义。结论:赋能心理干预模式对提高麻醉科护士核心自我评价水平、降低职业倦怠、心理压力以及焦虑抑郁情绪水平有效果,为制定有针对性的麻醉科护士心理健康干预措施提供理论依据。
Abstract:Objective:To explore the effects of empowering mental model on core self-evaluation,job burnout and mental health of anesthesiology nurses.Methods:From September to December 2024,200 anesthesiology nurses from5 hospitals were randomly divided into observation group and control group of 100,respectively,for a 3-month intervention trial.X2 test and two independent samples t test were used for univariate analysis between groups.Paired t test was used to compare the situation before and after intervention.Results:In the control group and the intervention group,in terms of age,gender,professional title,educational leveland working years,There was no statistically significant difference in the two groups.Core self-evaluation of nurses in the observation group and the control group after the intervention(t=-18.321,-9.985;P<0.001),dimension of personal achievement in job burnout(t=34.971,14.655;P<0.001).The score was higher than that before the intervention,and the score of nurses in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P <0.001).After the intervention,the tension of nurses in both groups(t=32.008,17.746;P<0.001),sense of loss of control(t=24.329,19.034;P<0.001),anxiety(t=16.665,7.531;P<0.001),depression(t=18.449,-4.973;P<0.001) The scale score was lower than that before the intervention,and the score of nurses in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.001).Conclusion:The enabling psychological intervention mode has significant effects on improving the level of core self-evaluation,reducing the level of job burnout,psychological stress and anxiety and depression,and provides theoretical basis for the formulation of targeted mental health intervention measures for anesthesiology nurses.
