青少年网络游戏障碍的脑网络改变与认知功能研究进展(综述)

摘要:

网络游戏障碍(Internet Gaming Disorder,IGD)作为一种行为成瘾,近年来在青少年群体中的发病率持续上升,其认知功能障碍与脑网络异常密切相关。本文系统综述了IGD青少年在默认模式网络、执行控制网络和突显网络等方面的功能连接异常,并探讨了这些脑网络改变与认知控制、情绪调节、决策功能等认知行为表现之间的内在联系。通过整合静息态与任务态功能磁共振成像研究的最新进展,为青少年IGD的早期识别和干预提供理论依据。

Abstract:

As a behavioral addiction,Internet gaming disorder(IGD)has seen a continuously rising prevalence among adolescents in recent years.Its cognitive dysfunction is closely associated with abnormalities in brain networks.This article systematically reviews the aberrant functional connectivity in the default mode network,executive control network,and salience network among adolescents with IGD,and explores the intrinsic relationship between these brain network alterations and cognitive behavioral manifestations such as cognitive control,emotion regulation,and decision-making function.By integrating the latest advancements in resting-state and task-based functional magnetic resonance imaging studies,it provides a theoretical basis for the early identification and intervention of IGD in adolescents.
