可持续增长的心理基建:基于“心适能”的员工心理健康研究新视角(综述)

摘要:

员工心理健康对员工个人发展与企业可持续发展至关重要。过往研究多强调心理疾病的消除,随着实践的发展,这种视角的局限性日益凸显。为了突破消极防御范式,构建员工心理健康促进的主动发展路径,我们创造性地提出了“心适能”的概念,强调了积极心理健康促进在员工心理健康实践中的重要作用,期望达成心理疾病有效预防和员工心理健康水平整体提升的双重目标。通过强调建立适应良好自我的核心作用,本文提出了员工心理健康的三层理论机制。第一层次聚焦身份整合、真实自我等自我建构方面,第二层次揭示认知、动机、情绪的作用机制,第三层次实现员工心理健康风险因素消除与心理健康水平促进双重目标。这一理论能够为理解员工心理健康提供新的分析视角,同时为企业设计员工心理健康干预方案提供实践启示。

Abstract:

Employee mental health is crucial for individual development and corporate sustainable development.Previous studies predominantly focused on the elimination of psychological disorders,yet the limitations of this perspective have become increasingly evident with practical advancements.To transcend the negative defense paradigm and construct a proactive developmental approach for employee mental health enhancement,this study innovatively proposes the concept of " Psychology Fitness",emphasizing the pivotal role of proactive mental health promotion in workplace practices,with the dual objectives of effective psychological disorder prevention and holistic improvement of employee mental health.By highlighting the core function of building a well-adapted self,this paper proposes a three-tier theoretical mechanism for employee mental health.The first tier focuses on self-construction aspects such as identity integration and authentic self;the second tier reveals the mechanisms of cognition,motivation,and emotion;and the third tier achieves the dual goals of eliminating mental health risk factors and promoting mental health levels.This theoretical framework offers a novel analytical lens for understanding employee mental health and provides practical insights for designing corporate mental health intervention programs.
