音乐疗法联合感觉统合训练对全面发育迟缓患儿生长发育及照顾者心理状况的影响

摘要:

目的:探讨音乐疗法联合感觉统合训练对全面发育迟缓患儿生长发育及照顾者心理状况的影响。方法:选择2019年1月至2024年12月某院收治的全面发育迟缓患儿120例作为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为观察组及对照组各60例。对照组给予感觉统合训练,观察组给予音乐疗法联合感觉统合训练。两组均干预6个月,比较两组护理效果、护理6个月后生长发育情况(身高、体质量及生长速率)、照顾者心理状况[汉密顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)]、神经发育评估量表(GDS-C)5个领域发育商(运动领域、个人与社会领域、语言能力、手眼协调领域、表现领域)、口面部运动能力。结果:观察组护理有效率高于对照组(χ2=4.183,P<0.05),差异有统计学意义;护理6个月后,两组患儿身高、体质量及生长速率均升高,且观察组高于对照组(t=2.321,2.607,2.087;P<0.05),差异有统计学意义;两组患儿HAMA、HAMD评分降低,且观察组低于对照组(t=-2.387,-2.503;P<0.05),差异有统计学意义;两组患儿运动领域、个人与社会领域、语言能力、手眼协调领域及表现领域评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组(t=2.503,2.371,2.028,2.602,3.045;P<0.05),差异有统计学意义;两组患儿口面部运动能力评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组(t=2.225,P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论:音乐疗法联合感觉统合训练在全面发育迟缓患儿中的应用效果良好,可改善患儿生长发育及照顾者心理状况。

Abstract:

Objective:To explore the effect of music therapy combined with sensory integration training on the growth,development,and psychological status of children with comprehensive developmental delay.Methods:A total of 120 our hospital from January 2019 to December 2024 were with 60 cases in each group received music therapy combined with sensory integration training.Both groups were intervened for 6 months,and the nursing effects,growth and development status(height,body weight,and growth rate),psychological status(Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA),Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)scores),five domains of Developmental Quotient(GDS-C)(motor domain,personal and social domain,language ability,hand eye coordination domain,performance domain),and various abilities(oral and facial motor ability,daily living activity ability)were compared between the two groups after 6 months of nursing.Results:The nursing rate was higher in the observation group than the control group(χ2=4.183,P<0.05);After 6 months of nursing,the height,body mass,and growth rate of the observation group were higher than those in the control group(t=2.321,2.607,2.087;P<0.05);The HAMA and HAMD scores of both groups of children decreased,and the observation group were lower than the control group(t=-2.387,-2.503;P<0.05);Both groups of children showed improvements in their motor skills,personal and social skills,language ability,hand eye coordination,and performance areas,with the observation group being higher than the control group(t=2.503,2.371,2.028,2.602,3.045;P<0.05);After 6 months of nursing care,the oral and facial motor abilities and daily living activities(t=2.225,P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of music therapy combined with sensory integration training has shown good results and psychological status.
